These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BuildYour.Company (“BYC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, dashboard, discovery call, diagnosis, Startup Map, paid features, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use BYC.
By using BYC, you confirm that you are legally able to use online services and enter into agreements. If you are using BYC on behalf of a business, startup, company, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Your continued use of BYC means you accept these Terms and any future updates.

BYC may use AI-assisted systems and internal frameworks to analyze information and generate outputs.
When you complete a discovery call or submit information through BYC, you agree to provide accurate and relevant information to the best of your knowledge.
The quality of BYC outputs depends heavily on the information you provide. If your answers are incomplete, vague, inaccurate, or outdated, your diagnosis or Startup Map may be less useful.
You should not submit information that you do not have the right to share.
The Startup Diagnosis is designed to help you understand possible bottlenecks, gaps, and priorities in your startup or business.
The diagnosis is informational and strategic in nature. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing the diagnosis and deciding how to act on it.
The Startup Map may include GTM modules, positioning guidance, weekly tasks, deliverables, proof requirements, and execution recommendations.
These outputs are intended to help founders move from diagnosis to execution. They do not guarantee revenue, funding, sales, growth, customers, conversions, or business success.
You understand that execution results depend on many factors outside BYC’s control, including your market, offer, product quality, pricing, team, timing, competition, effort, and external conditions.
BYC may use AI-assisted systems along with BYC’s internal frameworks to generate diagnosis, Startup Maps, weekly tasks, and related content.
AI outputs may contain errors, assumptions, or incomplete interpretations. BYC works to improve quality, but you should independently review all outputs before relying on them.
Do not treat BYC outputs as a substitute for professional advice from qualified experts where such advice is required.
Some BYC features may require payment. Pricing, access duration, included features, and unlock terms will be shown on the relevant page or checkout flow.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable price, payment terms, and third-party payment processor terms.
BYC may store payment confirmation details to unlock paid features and maintain billing records.
Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the offer, product, service stage, and applicable law. Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or agreed in writing, digital diagnosis and execution-plan products may begin processing shortly after payment.
If you believe there has been a payment issue, duplicate charge, failed unlock, or technical error, contact BYC support with your payment reference details.
Certain features may require you to complete tasks and upload proof of work. Proof may include screenshots, documents, links, PDFs, or other relevant materials.
BYC may review submitted proof to determine task completion, progress, or reward eligibility. Approval or rejection of proof is at BYC’s reasonable discretion based on the requirements shown in the product.
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, misleading, confidential, or third-party content that you do not have permission to share.
BYC may offer reward pricing, unlock eligibility, or continuation options based on task completion, proof submission, approval status, timing, or other criteria shown in the product.
Eligibility is not automatic unless clearly stated. BYC may require proof review before approving any reward or unlock.
BYC may update reward rules, pricing, or eligibility criteria for future users or future months.

BYC does not guarantee that you will get customers, revenue, funding, leads, conversions, traffic, partnerships, or any specific business outcome.
Any examples, recommendations, or outputs are for planning and execution support only. Your results depend on your actions, market conditions, product quality, pricing, competition, and other factors.
BYC, including its website, dashboard, design, workflows, frameworks, prompts, product structure, branding, and content, is owned by BYC or its licensors.
You may use BYC outputs for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, clone, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit BYC’s platform, systems, workflows, or proprietary materials without permission.
You retain ownership of the business information, files, and materials you submit to BYC.
By submitting content, you give BYC permission to process, store, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide the service, generate outputs, review proof, improve the product, and operate the platform.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content you provide.
BYC may change, update, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also perform maintenance, fix bugs, change features, or update pricing and access rules.
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
BYC may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, AI providers, authentication systems, hosting providers, storage providers, analytics tools, and communication tools.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. BYC is not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or expected results.
BYC’s total liability for any claim related to paid services will be limited to the amount you paid to BYC for the relevant service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to protect and hold BYC harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful content, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, or create risk for BYC or other users.
You may stop using BYC at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of BYC after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
